Born to Shri Ganji Achanna and Smt. Nagamma in Adoni, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. A small town boy with big dreams, from a family with no history of formal education or material wealth.
Studied at Ramakrishna Matam School and later at TG High School, Adoni. Even in those early years, his dedication to academics stood out — the first in his family to pursue education with such commitment.
Completed BSc at Arts & Science College, Adoni, then went on to pursue Engineering at the prestigious Vasavi Engineering College, Hyderabad. A monumental achievement for a first-generation learner.
After a brief stint at Alwin Freezers, Hyderabad (4 months), joined Singareni Collieries Company Limited on 9th August 1989 as a Junior Engineer Trainee. The beginning of a 38-year legacy.
Married Smt. Chiluveri Maha Lakshmi — a partnership of love, strength, and shared values that has stood strong for over 35 years.
Through sheer dedication and technical excellence, rose from Junior Engineer Trainee to Additional General Manager (E&M) — the highest possible grade — earning 7 promotions across 38 years.
Retires as Additional General Manager (E&M) at SCCL, leaving behind a legacy of excellence, integrity, and inspiration for generations to come.
A distinguished career spanning nearly four decades at Singareni Collieries Company Limited, one of India's largest coal mining companies.
